Father’s Day

Elder Vivas and I had to give a talk for the Father’s Day Activity we had, which was scheduled to start at 3pm, but actually ended up starting at 5:30pm (Guatemalan Standard Time). For our talk, we decided to base it off of a “Mormon Message” that I thought you guys might enjoy. https://youtu.be/KhqRMP9meMc  [Note: This is really touching video of a father of a child with Down’s Syndrome, which I’m sure hit close to home for Jake].

The Sisters in the Branch decided to have a dance for the Father’s Day activity, which would explain why the members are wearing masks in the photos. Since we can’t dance as missionaries, we just had to sit there the whole time why the sisters tried to drag us out onto the dance floor with them.  I think they got a kick out of it.
